How many trees can you remove?

• If a tree is dead, diseased or hazardous, you should remove it before it causes damage or infects other trees.
• If removing healthy trees, 2 tree removals are allowed per year but you're required to fill out the over-the-counter permit/sign-off.
• If your property is more than 10,000 sq. ft., you're allowed to remove more trees depending on the size of your property though a clearing and grading permit is needed when cutting down more than 10 trees.
